Response Contracts are an add on to the Pre-Pay Support Units. Clients who choose to purchase Response Contracts enjoy a priority support service with a specified response time of less than 2 hours. For clients not covered under a Response Contract, our response time is subject to the help desk queue, and the minimum billing amount for support is 1 hour.
Response Contracts are available in three levels according to your needs; Silver, Gold & Platinum. The annual fees are payable fully in advance, and automatically qualify you for the additional 10% discount on any Block Support Unit purchases made within the same period.
